CAPA MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT:

Entrants must be paid Members to access the CAPA Entry discounts.

If your membership has expired or you would like a new membership, you can purchase this at the time of placing your entries but you MUST select your membership type first and then proceed with entries to receive your discounted fees.

HOW TO ENTER YOUR ANIMAL:

Horse Competitors - note that your Breed Registration numbers or ESNZ Registration Numbers MUST BE provided at the time of entry in order for your entry to be accepted. No number, no entry.

Sections that name / identify your individual animals or exhibitor – Horse, Cattle, Alpaca, Dairy Goat, Pig, Dog Trials, Vintage Machinery, Shearing, Woodchopping.

  • Select all the classes you wish to enter for the first animal/exhibitor, click “Enter” and complete the entry form for that animal or exhibitor.
  • Click “Next”, then if your classes are correct click on “Confirm and Continue”.
  • To add another animal/exhibitor. Select “Add New Entry” and repeat. When your entries are correct select “Next” to add on prepaid catalogues, pens, levies, stables and camping.
  • Once complete, click on “Proceed to checkout” and select your payment option.

Cattle/Alpaca/Goat/Pig exhibitors – remember to book your pens, this is compulsory and pens cannot be allocated unless they have been booked and paid for. Reminder for Dairy competitors to pay for your in-milk levies.

Cattle Youth Section Exhibitors – you may need to complete the entry form using these details as fillers for general cattle compulsory fields – Cattle Youth 2023. This will not show in the catalogue.

Sheep exhibitors - your pen fees are now included in your entry fee, however you can purchase extra pens for feed or display.

Sections that use multiple entries by breed – Sheep, Wool, Mohair, Angora, Boer, Poultry

  • Select all the classes you wish to enter within your section i.e. Sheep – additional sections need to be processed using “Add New Entry” later.
  • Click “Enter”, change the number of entries per class if required, click “Enter” and complete the entry with your exhibitor details.
  • Click “Next”, then if your classes are correct click on “Confirm and Continue”.
  • To enter another section, then select “Add New Entry” and repeat.
  • Once complete, click on “Proceed to checkout” and select your payment option.
