It's On! This year the New Zealand Agricultural Show proudly bringing two NZ Rural Games events to our Canterbury community!

The 2022 Clash of the Colleges

Sixty teams of seniors and juniors compete in teams of four across 25 modules – everything from milking a cow and plant washdown to wool classing and body condition scoring and paper-based modules covering seeds, weeds, and fertilisers.

Alongside food and fibre knowledge modules, competitors will try their hand at rural sports - everything from gumboot throwing to a sulky race to a wool fadge relay.

Come by yourself or with a group of other new students. Enjoy an afternoon of interactive fun!

Kids' n Country

Kids' n Country is all about having a go - a host of fun events to keep under-12s active and entertained.

These events include Tree Climbing, Kidz Kartz, Face Painting & Craft, Haybale Racing, Sack Racing, Cow Pat Throw, Pedal Tractor Racing, etc.

There are limited numbers, so be quick to register your team so you can enjoy an afternoon of interactive fun!
